On Windows, the output identifies the connected SSID, BSSID and reported signal and radio details where supported. These describe the current link rather than end-to-end application throughput.

Collect observations in the problem area and a known working area, then compare them with access-point roaming and radio logs. Keep the same application test for both locations.
Before you make a change
Signal percentages vary by adapter and driver. Do not use a single percentage as a universal cutoff or publish private wireless identifiers unnecessarily.
