Record installed Windows drivers with pnputil
A device problem after an update may depend on a particular driver package. Collect driver identity before downloading replacements.

Use the stated shell and platform. Replace sample domains, addresses, services and paths with values from the system you are authorized to support.
pnputil /enum-driversHow to read the result
The output lists third-party driver packages in the driver store, including provider, version and published INF name. It is not a complete mapping of every package to each physical device.
What to do next
Use Device Manager to match the affected device to its installed driver, then compare the version with the device vendor's supported package and the recent change history.
Before you make a change
Do not delete driver packages based only on an old date. Driver rollback and replacement can interrupt networking, storage or remote access.
