Inspect legacy NIC teaming health on a Windows server
A teamed adapter can remain visible while one member or team configuration is degraded. Identify which teaming technology is actually deployed.

Resolve and verify
Correlate a failed member with physical port, cable and driver evidence. Repair the intended path and verify workload traffic after failover returns to normal.
Before changing production
Do not rebuild the team or change switch aggregation mode over the only management connection.
